Ages: Kindergarten - 14yrs
Children will participate in 2 warm up games and an introduction into how to land and roll. The participants split off into age/ ability groups and then rotate around all apparatus with free play learning time (including foam pit play). Each apparatus will have a designed circuit that challenges, strength, coordination and locomotion.
Circuits include a range of fine motor, gross motor, balance and coordination skills along with progressions for your common gymnastics skills: including handstands, cartwheels, rolls, strength and gymnastics-oriented shapes.Each circuit is tailored for change as each gymnasts learns at a different pace.
During our Ninja Warrior/Free G class each participant takes on the Ninja Warrior Course. The person from each group with the fastest time will then compete at the end for the NINJA WARRIOR title.
