How to Enroll
Under 5 years of age (9 months – Preschool)
Gymnasts will directly enter a Kindergym program. Gymnasts entering the Kindergym program do not need to do an assessment as classes are based on age range. Please contact us after completing a GymnasticsBiz Registration to book your child into a Kindergym program.
Gymnastics for All
Aged 5-7 (Kindergarten +)
Gymnasts will be placed directly into the ‘Mini’s’ program and do not need to do an assessment. Please contact us after creating a GymnasticsBiz Registration to complete your enrollment.
8 years and older
If a new gymnast is aged 8 or above (or a gymnast has not participated at the club for one term or longer) they are required to book into an assessment session. These assessments are held Monday to Friday at 4:30 pm, or Saturday at 10:45 am during the ACT School Term (please contact us for School Holiday. assessment times. They are approximately 15-20 minutes in length and will allow for time to discuss the appropriate class for your child with one of our coaches. To book an assessment, please contact us via the button below. The assessment is free, if you decide to accept a place in the class following your assessment, you are required to pay the balance or sign up to Direct Debit to secure the place. Please arrive 5 minutes early for your assessment and check in at our office so we know that you are here.
A new gymnast may enroll during a current term if there are spaces in the class they are assessed into. The fees are calculated based on remaining weeks left in the term.
Online enrollment is only available for Holiday Program, due to the large number of classes we offer. It is essential that you read and agree to the Terms of Service before enrolling your child. New Enrollments will need to register on GymnasticsBiz and complete the online registration form. This step will need to be completed before we can enroll your child into a class. Please click the link below to complete the online registration.
Once you have clicked on the link you will be required complete the following:
Fill out Customer Details (this needs to be a parent or guardian)
Complete the students details (click add student for multiple family members)
Once the above has been completed, the form will be submitted and the office will be notified, we will then be able to enroll your child/ren.
Please note, you will still need to contact the office to enroll your child into a class.
